My heart is torn into pieces because I received a torn book.

We’re so sorry for your loss. We have a 3-day period for refunds once your item has reached you. In the case that your book has arrived beyond repair, we will refund you in store credits worth the price of the said book.

Book refunds are only applicable if the book is received in these conditions:

• Torn pages
• Wet/dirty/stained book
• Folded pages/book

You can return your book by

1. Posting it back to us,
2. Visiting our office to give it back personally, or
3. We will collect it from you

Step 1. Email jane@mebooks.asia with your order number, item name, and your reason for returning your item.

Step 2. Fill-out the Return Item Form [hyperlink].

Step 3. Select your method of returning the book.

Was there a blackhole in my package? Because I’m missing a book.

Whoops, so sorry about that! No… We don’t think there was a blackhole. However, do email jane@mebooks.asia regarding the item that you are missing, and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

What is my delivery charge?

We offer free delivery to Peninsular Malaysia with purchases above RM50.

Do you ship to Singapore?

Most certainly! Our shipping rates to Singapore are RM40 with purchases below RM 200 and RM 20 with purchase above RM 201.

What about other countries?

How can I track my order?

You may contact jane@mebooks.asia for your tracking ID.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

It will take 3-5 working days from your date of purchase for Peninsula Malaysia and 10 working days for East Malaysia.

The blue screen of (electronic) death! My device crashed while I was checking out my purchase. How will I know if my purchase was successful?

We hate that blue screen too! In any case, you will receive an email notification from us if your purchase successfully went through. If not, do drop an email to jane@mebooks.asia. You will also receive an email/notification from your bank if your transaction is successful.

A case of false identity? I didn’t order this item!
