We’re so sorry for your loss. We have a 7-day period for refunds once your item has reached you. In the case that your book has arrived beyond repair, we’ll refund the money back. There are no strings attached and it is absolutely risk-free for you.
Getting a refund is easy and fast. Simply go to the contact form and send us an email. We will process the refund as quickly as possible. Please notice, that our payment gateway or your financial institution can take some days for the refund to appear in your bank/card account.
